Bildungsinstitut Pscherer (Germany)
The corporate philosophy of Bildungsinstitut Pscherer gGmbH are three columns formation - consulting - development. Within this philosophy we are working in different fields like information and communication, energy and environment, tourism, business administration and health prevention. Our most important partners are the German federal labour office and different ministries of Germany and the Freestate of Saxony as well as the European Union. In the above mentioned fields we work in EU-supported projects within different programs like ESF, EQUAL, INTERREG. Important for us is also the consulting in the arrangement of national and trans-national networks.
Within the CARE project Bildungsinstitut Pscherer gGmbH is working in close cooperation with regional tourist and public transport offices. The coordination of all request from regional level to project and trans-national level is the important task. We work in the most of working packages and try to give good inputs for using project results also on our regional level. Within WP 2 we made more than 600 interviews with tourist and inhabitants of our region. The results will be used not only in the CARE project, our partner are using these also in there work. Within the WP 3 we share our experiences with the CARE partner and use the results to reach tourist all over Europe. In the WP4 we provide the CARE-partners an insight into our experiences as an education and formation company. Here we see our main part.
Concerning the WP 5 we use the work within these project to create in our region of Vogtland and the City of Plauen a network system. But we would like to use also already existed networks. With all these activities we would like to get a good benefit for our region, for our partner but the most for the people (tourist or inhabitants) with special needs.
